Commodore 64 (C64) was one of the first computer systems that I ever used and the first one I ever owned. I just got up hooked into a whole new field and style of life — geekdom — as I wrote code instead of sleeping. Now Commodore — same name, different company — is releasing several versions of the C64 with the same vintage exterior, which will ship with Ubuntu 10.04. I have not been so thrilled about any new computer models and/or technologies in a long time. The whole idea of reviving the C64 has me like a little kid before Christmas. I might get a C64x Ultimate.
